Rancho is pleased to introduce the latest version of our popular Rockcrawler kit without coil springs for the customer that runs at MAX GVW, but still wants to retain the original Rockcrawler system height in order to enjoy all of the outstanding on/off-road performance features regardless of Load. You now have the option of ordering the RS6506 Rockcrawler kit which includes our standard springs or RS6505* and our new competition springs (RS6416 & RS6417) for highly accessorized/loaded vehicles like the Rubicon and Unlimited models.
*Note: Competition springs sold separately.
Features:
• Increases ground clearance and helps reduce bottoming out and dragging of the gas tank on sharp transitions.
• Rancho coil springs are computer designed and made from high quality spring steel, preset and shot-peened to reduce settling and improve life, and powder coated "Rancho Red" to provide increased corrosion resistance and good looks.
• Ultra high suspension articulation capable of R.T.I. scores exceeding 1100.
• Extended rear swaybar endlinks with urethane bushings.
• Heavy duty front track bar with adjustable rod end.
• Front and rear greasable lower suspension arms featuring Rancho's patented double cushion high articulation bushing and barrel design.
• Heavy duty quick disconnect front sway bar end links.
• Forged dropped Pitman arm optimizes steering geometry and in conjunction with the front end link relocation brackets allows for a true, zero bind steering envelope.
• Allows for the use of up to 35" x 12.5" tires.
• Rear Track bar relocation bracket.
• Premium extended brake lines.
• Transfer case / skidplate relocation mounts.
• Complete bolt on system.
